Hi guys, apa kabar? Sorry aku sudah lama gak update Blog lagi, bahkan aku juga sudah jarang update Instagram belakangan ini. Semenjak pindah ke UK, aku banyak menghabiskan waktu di rumah bersama suami, jadi terkadang aku lupa untuk update di social media, mungkin terlalu menikmati hidup saat ini.  0:)

Minggu lalu badan aku sempat drop dan ke dokter untuk periksa kondisi tubuh, ternyata aku di-diagnosa dengan Acid Refflux dan UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), menurut dokter tidak berbahaya namun kalau bisa aku harus medical check up dan scan ginjal supaya lebih jelas. Acid Reflux itu seperti Maag atau Asam Lambung, aku gak ngerti kenapa aku bisa kena AR ini tapi kondisi aku minggu lalu parah sekali dan tidak bisa makan karena ingin muntah terus menerus.

Untuk UTI, sebelumnya aku sudah pernah kena penyakit ini sewaktu masih duduk di bangku SMP, tapi aku gak nyangka bakal kena lagi sekarang. Mungkin sejak pindah ke UK aku kurang mengkonsumsi air dibandingkan saat aku di Indonesia, dulu paling tidak aku harus minum 2 liter air setiap hari, sejak pindah ke sini sepertinya bahkan kurang dari 1 setengah liter. 

Minggu ini aku baru memutuskan untuk cek lagi ke dokter karena belakangan ini back pain aku semakin parah, jadi aku takut mungkin ada hubungannya.

Bullring Open Market

Minggu-minggu pertama waktu kami baru sampai di Birmingham, kami selalu belanja di supermarket. Alasannya karena dekat sekali dengan flat kami dan ada 4 supermarket besar yang berbeda di sepanjang jalan itu, di tambah juga dengan beberapa toko-toko kecil yang menjual bahan-bahan makanan.

4 supermarket tersebut adalah Sainsbury's, Aldi, Tesco dan Seoul Plaza. Dari namanya saja kalian sudah tau kan yang mana yang supermarket Asia? :)

Healthy and Refreshing Breakfast

Muesli adalah salah satu sarapan kesukaan aku, selain sehat juga sangat mengenyangkan. Muesli itu sebenarnya adalah campuran Oat dengan buah-buahan kering, biji-bijian dan juga kacang-kacangan. Pertama kali aku menemukan tentang Muesli sekitar tahun 2013, saat itu aku masih di Jakarta. Mencari Muesli di Jakarta tidak begitu sulit, ada banyak merk-merk yang tersedia di berbagai supermarket yang menjual makanan import. 

Cadbury World

Last Thursday, I went to Cadbury World with Mat. The area is near to our house, so we decided to give it a go. Luckily, it was sunny that day, so we managed to keep our plan to walk there successfully.

Little Jokes

It was a sunny day in Birmingham that morning, I woke up with my wet nose and messy hair, turned my head right to see my husband but he wasn't there. The sunshine was peeking from our vintage curtain while the sky revealed its beautiful blue colour.

Impression

'Let's go out, the weather is nice today!', said Mat, as he stood inside our house near the window. He smiled brightly while looking at me in the eyes, then he turned his head and went to our backyard, enjoying the sunlight. Yes, that's how much he likes the sun.

I'm Moving to the UK!

One month after my wedding, I moved to the United Kingdom with my husband. Yes, a husband! I can surely call him my husband now. If you had known me in person, you should know that I don't want to get married. But everything has changed, though I am still the same person as before.

JIU FEN SPIRITED AWAY

Di post kali ini, aku ingin share tentang perjalanan aku ke Taiwan 2 bulan lalu bersama dengan keluarga dan teman-teman Papa. Setiap lebaran merupakan hal yang wajib bagi kami sekeluarga untuk jalan-jalan. Sebenarnya, aku dan adik-adik lebih tertarik untuk liburan ke negara-negara di Eropa daripada Asia, namun karena orang tua aku ingin sekali mengunjungi Taiwan maka kami putuskan untuk mengikuti keinginan orang tua.

Kebetulan juga saat itu aku akan segera menikah dengan Mat, maka liburan ini adalah liburan terakhir bersama dengan keluarga dimana aku masih belum berstatus menikah. Mungkin saja setelah ini belum tentu ada kesempatan aku dapat liburan dengan mereka lagi, karena itu walaupun aku tidak begitu tertarik ke Taiwan, aku tetap ikut dengan hati senang.

MY WEDDING DRESS

Aku sengaja membuat post ini karena aku ingin cerita sedikit tentang asal muasal dua gaun pengantin milikku. Awalnya aku ingin membuat gaun aku sendiri, from scratch, mulai dari pola sampai jahit dan finishing plus detail. Namun Mama aku bilang 'jangan' karena kata dia bakal repot banget dan takutnya malah aku gak bisa fokus bikin karena ngurusin hal lain. Selain itu aku sudah lama banget gak buat gaun jadi proses pembuatan bisa sedikit lebih lama.

UK VISA APPLICATION

Minggu lalu hari selasa, aku pergi ke kantor VFS di Kuningan City untuk apply  visa UK ditemani oleh Mat. Cukup deg-deg an hari itu karena kami berdua tahu untuk membuat visa UK tidaklah mudah, mulai dari jumlah uang yang besar sampai dengan kelengkapan data-data yang harus kami lampirkan, semuanya harus kami siapkan dengan teliti sebelum mulai aplikasi.

HOLY MATRIMONY

Pemberkatan nikah adalah salah satu moment penting di hari bahagia aku dan Mat. Banyak sekali kesulitan yang kami alami dan tekanan yang aku rasakan sebagai orang non kristen sebelum hari pernikahan kami. Kami melakukan pemberkatan di gereja Mat yang berbadan GKI, dimana pernikahan beda agama dapat dilakukan dengan 3 syarat. Untuk syarat-syarat tersebut mungkin dapat kalian search sendiri di google yah.

MY WEDDING DAY STORY

Malam itu aku tidak bisa tidur sampai jam 4 pagi, bukannya nervous melainkan aku sedang meng-edit slide show yang akan diputar selama acara resepsi. Aku tidak khawatir, memang insomnia selalu menjadi teman malamku. Jadi jika ada sesuatu yang kulakukan seperti menyelesaikan slide show, aku merasa waktuku tidak terbuang dengan percuma.

WEDDING PREPARATION

Mempersiapkan pernikahan seorang diri bukan hal yang meyulitkan untuk aku. Walaupun Mat kebanyakan sering berada di UK namun setiap hari ia selalu menemaniku dari sana. Aku mencari-cari vendor lalu diskusi dengan Mat sebelum mengontak mereka. Mat memberikan aku kebebasan untuk menentukan segalanya mulai dari design sampai jenis bunga yang aku pilih.

HOW IT STARTED

Mempersiapkan pernikahan benar-benar hal yang tidak pernah aku bayangkan sebelumnya. Namun setelah bersama dengan Mat kesiapan itu muncul begitu saja. Aku masih ingat dengan jelas akhir tahun 2016 kami ngobrol santai mengenai tujuan hidup dan apa yang kami cari dalam hidup. Saat itu kita berdua belum jadian (lol).

Kebetulan gelombang Mat sama dengan aku, makanya kami bisa langsung nyambung dan ngobrol topik-topik yang deep dengan santai. Malahan itu jadi hal yang menarik untuk kami bahas.

Cerita bagaimana akhirnya kami memutuskan untuk menikah sebenarnya tidak ada yang spesial, tapi mungkin bisa aku ceritakan dengan sesingkat mungkin.

PRE WEDDING SESSION IN JAPAN (2)

Serupa dengan post aku sebelumnya, kali ini aku masih membahas tentang pre wedding session aku di Jepang. Nah untuk sesi yang kali ini, aku dan Mat sangat bersyukur dengan kebaikan Tuhan karena kali ini kami hampir saja tidak melakukan photoshoot karena sikap seorang photographer yang jujur saja kurang professional.

Dari dulu aku selalu punya perasaan yang spesial terhadap Jepang, mungkin karena sejak kecil aku suka sekali baca komik dan juga nonton Anime. Entah kenapa 1st impression aku saat melihat Sakura itu romantis, saat itu juga aku punya impian ingin melihat Sakura bersama dengan orang yang aku cintai. Hanya saja saat itu aku tidak pernah berpikir orang itu adalah calon suami ku karena menikah bukanlah impianku.

Saat memutuskan akan menikah dengan Mat, aku bilang ke dia kalau aku ingin foto pre-wed dengan latar belakang bunga Sakura dan bagaimana pendapat dia tentang itu. Mat tentu saja ingin membuat aku bahagia dan ia mengusahakan itu untukku.

I always have problem with my digestion, my stool becomes very sluggish these few weeks.

It's hard for me to fall asleep and I become very moody. I have a very slow digestive system and have allergies with some foods. I've tried many ways to improve my digestive system by adding fiber to my diet, multiplying the fruit and vegetables, but still the same. Maybe its because of hormon or mental problem...

Then I tried this product from Kinohimitsu because it was suggested by Vina, this was effective for her. I consumed few bottles but not very effective for my digestive system and the price was quite expensive. :/

Japan is a country with dozens of interesting things. Every month there are hundreds of tourists whom visit Japan to enjoy the beauty of the country. Spring is my favorite season in Japan because I can see Sakura!

If you want to travel to japan, I have some basic tips for you who want to travel alone without a guide. I would rather advise you to travel without a guide because you can save a lot of money and you can shift the money for other expenses such as foods or stuffs.

Hello guys, how are you? It's been a long time since I wrote here, I also not very active on instagram lately. I've been away from social media these few weeks so I can focus on my real life first.

Recently I tried a new face mask that I bought in Japan. When I bought this mask, I didn't really pay attention because I was in a rush. Obviously I know this mask contains Sake (I can see it on the packaging), Sake is really good for the skin so I took some of them for a trial.

RECOMMENDED NATURAL FALSE LASHES

I think I need to make this post because I know those feelings of buying the wrong design for my eyes. I know when I was into gyaru, I wear a lot of dramatical/glamorous false lashes to enhance the look. My favorite was the spiky one with black band and longer hair on the edge for 'cat eyes' effect.
