I am such a forgetful girl x_X , I thought I have made a review of this pencil eyeliner, but when I check it today I HAVEN'T. Hahaha, I even want to make a single review about Dolly wink false lashes no.2 and 6 again -w-, lol. I guess I'm too addicted with Dolly wink brand!! Blame the packaging! Who can resist this cute packaging??

I already make a review about Dolly Wink pencil eyeliner in black HERE, this product is SAME nee, even the formula is same so I guess I didn't need to make a review again. If the black eyeliner has a black cap and black font, this eyeliner has a brown color to match the Pencil color. So cute!!
Try to smudge the eyeliner badly, lol see how strong the formula is? ლ(´ڡ`ლ) hehe, I know Dolly wink is kinda pricey but the packaging and quality isn't bad, especially the lower lashes! Haha, If you always read my blog you'll know how much I love the lower lashes.
Now try using a toner, hahaha after a gentle rub, it still there. But this eyeliner isn't stand my OILY eyelid. So, if you're going to use it for more all day I suggest you use the Liquid eyeliner instead! Click here for comparison.
