I always lookin for a waterproof and smudge-proof pencil eyeliner, but never find it! When I want to buy this eyeliner, I already try it on my hands. At that time, this eyeliner is work well and doesn't smudge. That's why I bought it, but when I try it on my eyes, it smudge (of course!) but not so bad really.
The black color is quite natural with the creamy pencil texture. I try to smudge it after apply it with my hands~ If you want it to become smudge-proof you need to apply a powder first, so it will stay longer.
