Dolly Wink liquid eyeliner in new packaging (●♡∀♡)! Now, dolly wink has brown liquid eyeliner. I never ever had any brown liquid eyeliner in my life. So, this is really exciting for me. And I read at Koji's website that the new liquid eyeliner formula is improved, the old one was already so good for me and my favorite! So, how about this new dolly wink?
