Masami Shouko - Affordable Make Up Brushes from Kay Collection

I got lots of question about make up brush from my friends. They always curious about what make up brush Brand I use. I've never bought expensive make up brushes because I don't think I need it. Lol, I'm not a make up artist and I don't wear make up everyday, I thought it'd be a waste. XD This is Me though, you might be different from me. Hahahah ┌( ಠ_ಠ)┘ ┌( ಠ_ಠ)┘

So, Have you heard about Masami Shouko before? Masami Shouko is a make up brush brand which is from Japan and brought to Indonesia by Kay collection. I remember back then, about 2 years ago? I was looking for an affordable make up brush but I didnt want go to Pasar Baru (place you can get cheap cosmetics supply). So, I found Masami Shouko at Debenhams and I was so excited!! It's really affordable (T▽T), I remember I bought make up brushes for eyes that time.
And can't believe now I can try Masami Shouko brushes again from Kay Collection (Thank you!). They sent me 5 different brushes for try and I was Glad I don't have any of them! HAHAHAHAH XD

From left to right, Round Top HD Blush Brush, Large Powder Brush, Mini eyeshadow brush, Angled Eyebrow Brush and Dome Smudge Brush. Kekekeke sounds good? XD

Okay, I'm going to share my opinion about each brush now.
1. Large Powder Brush.

The handle is long and quite big, lol. The brush feather isn't soft, it's quite shaggy. Too bad, because I like to use this brush to apply compact powder/loose powder, but it feels itchy on my skin. Sometimes, I can bear with it though but it feels not comfortable at all. Lol, please upgrade this brush with other soft bristle. XD

Price : 168.900 IDR / $ 18.7

2. Round Top HD Blush Brush.

When the first time I saw this brush, I was like "What-the-hell-is-this?" XD. Seriously I have no idea. LOL. Then I saw the printted words 'blush', so I tried to apply my cream blush with this brush and it was quite good. The bristles is super soft. My cream blush is look obvious when blend with this brush, lol but it's kinda hard >_<. It's so nice to create that cute round blush look on my cheek, hohohoho 8D *slapped

Price : 88.900 IDR / $ 9.9

3. Dome Smudge Brush.

Long handle and well-made. It works quite good to smudge pencil eyeliner with cream based or to apply eyeshadow on my eyelid line to create more obvious eyelid. Quite useful~ I can use it for shading my nose too wtf XD (I know I'm weird).

Price : 25.900 IDR ♥ / $ 2.88

4. Mini Eyeshadow Brush.

Tiny! Lol, works great for precision. I love to use this on my inner corner of my eyes and the edge of my lower eyes. It works good! Make sure to tap the brush first before apply so it won't become messy. khekhekhekhe XD

Price : 25.900 IDR ♥ / $ 2.88

5. Angled Eyebrow Brush.
Can use for eyebrow powder or to smudge eyebrow so it look more natural. Sometimes, I use my eyeshadow with this brush to create natural eyebrow look. The angled design is make it easier to shape my eyebrow. Love it!

Price : 25.900 IDR ♥ / $ 2.88

The price is affordable right?? I recommend the eye brush for personal use. I love it, they have sooooo maaaaany eye brush to choose!! Price is super cheap too~~!

The quality is good also and durable. My other Masami Shouko brushes is already 2 years with me and its still good~~! *w*. My sister has the blush brush too for 1 years and it still look like new!

The prices are really affordable and they seem to be great quality wise as well. Not too sure about the angled brush. It might be because of the picture, tho. :D I actually like make-up brushes from H&M the best....*o*

Great review, however I would not say that MS as "affordable". They ARE at better quality but they are more expensive than many other brush brands in local stores :D .. as always, you got whay you pay for
