Maruyama Park Kyoto

entrance at Yasaka Shrine

Maruyama Park (円山公園, Maruyama Kōen) is a public park next to Yasaka Shrine in the Higashiyama District. In the first half of April, when the cherry trees are in full bloom, the park becomes Kyoto's most popular and most crowded spot for Hanami. The centerpiece of the park is a tall shidarezakura (weeping cherry tree), which gets lit up in the night.

Many local people just walking happily with their friends, haha lovely <3.
I wish my country also have a place like this.

A Pigeon Statue at the Park, there're so many lovers sitting there lol, what a romantic place!

some kids just spending their times there lol, under the Sakura tree.

And finally the Sakura! But it's not fully bloomed :(

Sakura is just so.. beautiful!!

I wish I spent more times in Kyoto, there're so many places I wanted to go. One historical nickname for Kyoto is the City of Ten Thousand Shrines. Next time, I'll visit other Shrine and Park here, someday! Haha ₊(ˊᵕ͙ૣᴗᵕ͙ૣˋ)ˈ·˚*
